My Journey and Mission

My journey has taken me from the buttoned-up world of corporate leadership through the crucible of founding a venture-backed startup, to studying in mystery schools on the other side of the planet and seeking truth in the depths of my soul.

Since 2014, I’ve dedicated myself to walking the path with those ready to get real, open their hearts, and build lives rooted in truth, purpose, and love. My own journey has wrecked me and remade me more times than I can count—I know darkness and I don’t shy away from it.

I bring tools, insight, and a deep presence to help you embrace every part of yourself—the raw, the radiant, the messy, the gifted—so you can step fully into your power and claim the life that’s yours to live.

My Approach

I’m not here to help you be more like me. I’m here to help you be more fully YOU.

My work draws on a wide range of modalities, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Experiencing, ontological coaching, craniosacral therapy, plant medicine and compassionate inquiry. I also love using Human Design and astrology where helpful to provide insight and context for someone’s individual experience. I’m passionate about honoring the depth of the human experience, embracing all parts of ourselves, and creating vibrant and safer spaces for transformation.

I’m truly gifted at seeing and drawing out the most unique, empowered, and authentic essence inside you—helping you embody the archetypes that are emerging within.

I work with people who are ready to make deep and profound change. You don’t need to know ‘how’. The ‘how’ reveals itself to those who are willing to lean in. 

I work best with people who are energetically sensitive and have already done a fair amount of emotional clearing work. 

P.S. I should warn you—I won’t take you, myself (or any of this) too seriously.

Humor and play are huge parts of how I move through the world, and they’re often the best medicine.
