We are so excited to be bringing Dance Meets Tantra ("DMT") to the city of brotherly love, Philadelphia. 

Guided by a skilled, attuned, and experienced facilitation team, this immersive experience will set a trauma-informed foundation of consent, care, and self-responsibility. Together, we will embark on a profound exploration of conscious dance, relational intimacy, somatic attunement, shadow play, and ritual.

We are so blessed to have the incredible Sunshine Sole traveling from Italy to be sharing the 5Rhythms as a part of this immersion. Sunshine has traveled the USA in 2023 and 2024 weaving the 5Rhythms into Dance Meets Tantra.

´Austin 2-Day Immersion

We are thrilled to return to the vibrant dance and tantra hub of Austin, TX! After back-to-back sold-out immersions in 2023 and 2024, we are eager to reunite with this incredible community for a special 2-day journey into Dance Meets Tantra.

New York City | Special 5Rhythms Edition

We are so excited to be bringing our special edition "5Rhythms Meets Tantra" back to New York City! After several sold-out New York City immersions in a row, and an incredible 4-day retreat @Earthdance in 2024, we knew we had to bring this magic back to the 5Rhythms birthplace that is New York City. 

We are incredibly blessed to have 5Rhythms teacher Sunshine Sole traveling from Italy to hold the 5Rhythms. She is traveling the country again alongside Dance Meets Tantra co-founder Spencer Jacobson.

5Rhythms Meets Tantra is returning to Earthdance in Western Mass after a wildly beautiful, potent, and sold-out inaugural 5Rhythms edition of Dance Meets Tantra in 2024. We cannot wait to see who will join us in 2025 at this majestic venue and time of year.

You are invited to join us for 5Rhythms Meets Tantra, an immersive 4-day retreat exploring the intersection of 5Rhythms, tantra, shadow-work, and breathwork. Set in gorgeous nature at the idyllic venue Earthdance in Western Massachusetts, this will truly be a transformational journey committed to creating safer spaces for individuals to embrace their own wholeness (the dark and the light) while creating a collective group field that is far greater than the sum of its parts.
